Surprising stews
A delicious surprising stew can be so comforting, especially in winter. And most of them are very easy to make. Mix all of your ingredients in one pot and let them simmer and integrate.
I love it a lot, and basically it was my start into cooking. Family favorites are the famous French coq au vin, or a stew with pointed cabbage and Schupfnudel.
But we have also vegan versions like African peanut stew. Or a fish stew with green and white asparagus. You should really try these!
And of course we have typical winter stew like an easy stew with potatoes and chorizo or a healthy Brussels sprouts stew.
But discover your own surprising stew and above all, enjoy them!
