I found the inspiration on the Belgian site of solo, a well known brand of cooking butter and similar utensils for the kitchen. You can also post recipes there, and it is not forbidden to do recipes without butter 🙂
Mascarpone with spiced biscuit and coffee
- 500 gram mascarpone
- 250 gram spiced biscuits
- 200 ml coffee
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- Ground the spiced biscuits.
- Mix the mascarpone, coffee, ground spiced biscuits, and sugar.
- Transfer the mixture into the dessert cups.
- Put it for a few hours in the refrigerator to cool down,
