Cooking the Noodle Soup with Chicken, Broccoli and Shrimps
And also the cooking process is not complicated at all. Even the most novice kitchen hero can do it.
First, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the bay leaves and garlic right away. Let it boil for a minute and then lower the heat to a simmer.
Add the chicken pieces to the broth. Season the broth further with a tablespoon of soy sauce and a tablespoon of lemon juice. Let it simmer gently for five minutes.
Add the wok noodles and broccoli florets to the broth. Give them another five minutes to cook.

How Asian is this noodle soup with chicken, broccoli and shrimps?
Although chicken and broccoli are traditional ingredients from Western cuisine, this meal soup leans more towards Asian cuisine. And not just because of the noodles and soy sauce.
For example, in Vietnam, "pho" is almost the national dish. It is a soup based on broth, (rice) noodles, herbs, and meat.
A similar soup can also be found in Japan. There, it is called "Ramen." Here too, we find noodles in a broth. Other components include miso, soy sauce, seaweed, and also meat or fish.
