Instructions
Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Grease the muffin molds with butter.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until they make a consistent dough.
Pour the dough in the muffin molds. Sprinkle some sugar pearls on top of them.
Bake them for 20-25 minutes in the oven until they are ready. Check this with a toothpick. When no dough sticks to the toothpick they are ready.
Let the muffins cool down for a while and remove them then from the molds.
Serve for breakfast or with a cup of coffee or tea in the afternoon.
