Instructions
Peel the mango and cut it into big pieces.
Transfer the mango pieces to the blender and add the coconut milk, lemon juice and caster sugar.
Blend everything well.
Pour the mango coconut milk cream into glasses.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Just before serving, garnish with some fruit and cream.
