Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium sized cubes. Cook them for 8-10 minutes.
Cut the cucumber into small slices. Season with salt and sugar. Put the slices aside.
Halve the onion. Chop one halve very finely, the other half into rings.
Cut the mushrooms into quarters
Chop the parsley and the chives.
Mix the minced meat with the chopped onion, the breadcrumbs, allspice, salt, pepper and milk. Then roll meatballs out of the mixture. Normally you should have 12-14 meatballs.
Heat some oil in a pan. Fry the meatballs on high heat for 2-3 minutes until they are baked on all sides. Then put them aside.
In the same pan, fry the onion rings and the mushrooms for a few minutes.
Keep two tablespoons of cream aside. Add the rest to the mushrooms and season with pepper and salt.
Add the meatballs and let it simmer for 8 minutes.
Mix the two tablespoons of cream and the chives with the cucumber.
Melt some butter over the potatoes and mix with the parsley.
Dress everything on the plate and enjoy.
