Instructions
Mix the ground beef with the egg, bread crumbs, finely sliced onion, some cayenne pepper and salt. Put it aside and let it rest.
Slice the mushrooms and bake them in some butter with the garlic, rosemary and pepper.
Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Create two hamburger pads out of the beef. Then make a nest out of them by using a glass or a can.
Fill the nest with the mushrooms, grated cheese, sliced pickles, sliced tomato and top with the cheddar cheese.
Cover the outside of the nest with two slices of bacon.
Bake during 15 minutes in the oven.
