Cake as a surprising sweet sensation

Cake is the in-between sensation. You don't eat cake because you're hungry, but because you want to. For a sweet Sunday afternoon, or any other sweet moment of the week.

And most cakes are so easy to make that you really should not refrain from doing so. Mix the ingredients, put them in the oven, let it cool down and enjoy!

On of my favorites is Flemish gingerbread. It is so easy to make, and we even have an alternative in muffin shape.
