    Overnight Biscoff

    Overnight Biscoff
    Overnight Biscoff

Overnight Biscoff is the kind of breakfast that feels like a little secret treat waiting for you in the fridge. Just like overnight oats, you prepare it the evening before-but instead of oats, you let crunchy Biscoff cookies melt slowly into thick Greek yogurt. By morning, the cookies have softened completely, turning the yogurt into something that tastes surprisingly like a light Biscoff cheesecake. It's creamy, comforting, and just sweet enough to make the start of your day feel special, yet still simple enough for busy mornings. A few minutes of prep at night, and you wake up to pure cookie-spiced bliss.

    How to make overnight Biscoff?

This overnight Biscoff makes your start in the day very easy. Just take it out of the refrigerator and enjoy your breakfast. Which is way better than skipping your breakfast. So it is the perfect alternative if you don't have time or energy to put much effort in your breakfast.

But is is also the perfect way to end your day. A small activity away from the light of screens which prepares you for the night.

And this small activity is really not a hassle. Just spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl, or two bowls and soak the Biscoff cookies in them. Then put is in the refrigerator and enjoy your night.

Overnight the Biscoff cookies will soak some moisture from the Greek yogurt and spread their caramelized aromas. At the same time the texture of the Greek yogurt will become thicker and more cheesecake like. What are Biscoff cookies?

Biscoff cookies, known in Belgium as speculoos, are thin, crunchy caramelized biscuits with a warm spice profile of cinnamon, caramel, and a hint of brown sugar. They were created by Lotus Bakeries, a Belgian family company founded in 1932, and became famous worldwide as the little cookie served alongside coffee. Outside Belgium, they're often called Biscoff (short for "biscuit + coffee"), and in recent years they've gained a cult following thanks to their unique flavour and the rise of Biscoff spread. Their deep caramel notes and gentle spices make them perfect for breakfast, desserts and no-bake creations of different kinds.
