    These walnut-brie bites are one of my favorite pre-dinner snacks. For example for the Easter dinner. That's when I first served these snacks. You don't need to be a chef to be able to make them. This is in everybody's reach. And you can prepare them in advance. So you can spend all of your time with your guests.

    These walnut-brie bites are easy and healthy. Everybody can make them. Prepared in advance they allow you to spend your time with your guests.

    Ingredients
     
     

    • 0,5 cucumber
    • 100 gram brie
    • 4 walnuts
    • honey

    Instructions
     

    • Cut the cucumber and the brie into slices.
    • Place a slice of brie on the cucumber slices.
    • Drip some honey on the cheese.
    • Finish with half walnut.

    I always combine these walnut-brie bites (4 ingredients) with salmon brie bites. The latter even have only three ingredients! The concept is the same, and you can prepare them also in advance. Perfect to spend your time with family and friends and not being stuck in the kitchen.
