These walnut-brie bites are one of my favorite pre-dinner snacks. For example for the Easter dinner. That's when I first served these snacks. You don't need to be a chef to be able to make them. This is in everybody's reach. And you can prepare them in advance. So you can spend all of your time with your guests.
I always combine these walnut-brie bites (4 ingredients) with salmon brie bites. The latter even have only three ingredients! The concept is the same, and you can prepare them also in advance. Perfect to spend your time with family and friends and not being stuck in the kitchen.
I really love walnuts. They are both delicious and healthy. So it is no surprise that walnuts pop up in many surprising recipes, apart from these walnut-brie bites. Here you can find some more ideas to use your leftover walnuts:
